Dear Sir:
With reference to a verbal inquiry from Dr. B.K. Agarwala, please find herewith a quotation in triplicate for a 200 ton cubic press, including all hydraulic and electrical systems for its operation, complete and ready to run and including three sets of anvils ( with $ inch on edge square faces ) and three sets of binding rings for these anvils and, also including 100 each pyrophyllite sample cubes for use on 220-250 volt, 50 c/s electrical supply and packed for oversea's shipment . This press for operation to 65,000 bars and 1800°C.
This price does not include shipment from Provo, Utah, USA to the nearest Indian port, nor any duties, taxes, etc. imposed by U.S. governing bodies or any other fees imposed in the delivery of thepress. The travd. expenses of H. Tracy Hall , including air fares are also not included in the above price. Set-up time for the press is approximately one week and the time of construction is approximately one year.
